• To route your request to licensed suppliers or buyers in our network who service your region and match your requirements.
• To contact you about your inquiry, per the consent you give at submission.
• To verify licensing status of network participants.

What we share

Your request details are shared with matched network partners so they can quote you directly. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties. Service providers that process data on our behalf (such as our hosting and form provider) handle it only to deliver those services.

Retention and your rights

We keep request records as long as needed to operate the referral service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or opt out of communications, at any time using the compliance form below.

Terms of Service

• Referral service only. VettedFuel is a lead generation and referral service. We are not a fuel seller, buyer, broker, or party to any fuel transaction. All negotiations, contracts, and sales occur directly between you and licensed suppliers or buyers.
• No guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, matches, pricing, or supply. Matching depends on partner availability in your region and product category.
• Licensing responsibility. You are responsible for holding any licenses, registrations, or permits required for your purchase or sale of fuel products, including state motor-fuels licenses and federal registrations where applicable.
• Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate request and licensing information. We may decline or remove requests that appear inaccurate or non-compliant.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VettedFuel is not liable for any damages arising from transactions, communications, or relationships between you and network partners.

Communications & Consent

When you submit a request, you provide express written consent for VettedFuel and its network partners to contact you by phone, text message, and email regarding your fuel inquiry, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: reply STOP to any text message, use unsubscribe links in email, or submit the compliance form below and we will remove you from communications.

Compliance Requests

Use this form for data access or deletion requests, communication opt-outs, licensing verification questions, or to report a concern about a network partner. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
